Imagineering Art - Performance Evalutation

I bought a set of "behind the scenes" comics about working in Walt Disney Imagineering a couple years ago from eBay.  This one is dated 8/15/2002, and like the others, is drawn on a WDI timesheet.  I cannot decypher the signature.

I'll be posted the remainder, including a couple fantastic full-color comics, in the future.
